Who Is Eligible?
Membership in the American Legion Auxiliary is open to the mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, granddaughters, great-granddaughters, and grandmothers of members of The American Legion, and of veterans who served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces during any American Legion eligibility period. Female veterans who served during an eligibility period are also welcome to join.
Honorable service required for veteran members. Family members of deceased eligible veterans also qualify.
